On the formation:
“It’s been good. I think we played quite well tonight. They had a couple of good chances but so did we, so I think a tie was a fair result tonight. I thought we moved the ball well and we were pushing towards the end. They are very good on the break as well, so it was an even game. I’ve gone to three at the back, sort of a 3-4-3 if you like, but I think it’s fine. It’s balanced and we are doing okay with it.”

On what improved tonight after the last two results: 
“The clean sheet. I just saw Antony [Siaha], Mobi [Fehr], Hugh [Roberts], and Kai [Greene] and said it’s a step forward right away. We conceded seven goals in two games, although it wasn’t at home, it’s still a lot of goals. So to get a clean sheet against a very good side was good. We just have to look forward to next weekend. Hopefully we can get three points against Oakland, who is another good team coming in. This league doesn’t give you any breaks. I was pleased with the performance, we kept going. We were close to getting some better chances at the end so that was a good way to end the game.”

Defender Mobi Fehr
On the defensive performance today:
“As you know they’re always a tough team to play against. They’re number one or two in the table right now, so we will take the point. We kept a zero at the back, but we definitely should have scored one or two goals, so we will reflect for next week.”

On the formation:
“Having three at the back, well five at the back – it’s definitely a new formation, but it works out for us. With this formation, they are not really scoring goals against us so that’s a plus. But we still need to work as a team on how we go forward with the ball while still being able to defend.”
